The WBG Pooling SleevePack 800 Grey consists of four key components: a closed hygienic pallet, two sleeves forming the container walls, and a plastic lid. With an internal volume of 801 litres, the system provides ample space for a wide range of transport goods. It also offers outstanding stability, supporting a static load capacity of up to 750 kg, applicable exclusively when stacked with identical WBG Pooling SleevePack 800 Grey units.
Its foldable design enables efficient, space-saving storage when not in use and during return transport, helping to optimise logistics processes. As a result, transport costs can be reduced and CO₂ emissions significantly lowered.
When folded, up to 330 units per trailer can be transported, delivering substantial efficiency gains, particularly within pooling systems. The removal of the so-called “small C” allows for easy and automation-friendly loading and unloading, making the SleevePack ideal for semi-automated and fully automated logistics operations.
Manufactured from durable PP (polypropylene), the SleevePack is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from −20°C to +40°C, making it well suited for a variety of storage and transportation environments.
Integrated label fields allow for the secure application of customer-specific labels and support clear product identification. In addition, integrated RFID labels ensure reliable and continuous traceability throughout the entire supply chain.
